We prioritise quality over profit and take great care to source the kind of food that we want to eat - so that when we deliver to your desk we know we can be proud of what we're bringing you.

That's why we go out of our way to find the best suppliers we can for our ingredients. Wherever possible we try and 'buy local' and build relationships with everyone who can make our products better.

Our cheese is made from cows wandering across the Welsh hills, our ham is sourced from the lovely Dave and Alison at Home Farm - the lovely Sarah at Manor Farm takes great care of the chickens who kindly donate their eggs to our baked goods. It's a harmonious relationship!
